When is Surgery Necessary?

Surgery is only recommended when conservative therapies (e.g., physiotherapy, injections, medication) are no longer sufficiently effective. After a thorough examination, you will receive an individual recommendation on whether an intervention is advisable – or if joint-preserving measures are still possible.

The duration of rehabilitation depends on the joint and the individual situation.

Yes. Publicly insured patients can also be treated in the private practice, but on a self-pay basis or for an additional fee. Costs will be discussed transparently before treatment begins.
